The One

The One Tower high-rise building, conveniently located in the heart of Brussels' "European Quarter", is a combination of office space and residential units.

Rising to a height of 100 meters, The One has 20 floors and is one of the most avant-garde buildings in the city. It represents the interconnection of all aspects and activities of everyday city life: work, leisure activities, relaxation and shopping, while adhering to the highest standards of sustainability and energy saving.

The architectural office B2Ai, which designed The One, chose iplus Energy N glazing with solar control, whose excellent thermal insulation properties prevent the interiors from overheating and at the same time provide maximum interior comfort and have a positive impact on energy savings and the environment.
